REHAU are a global polymer pipe manufacturer with over 20,000 employees worldwide. REHAU are the UK market leader in polymer district heating pipework which is used on low carbon district heating schemes using heat pumps and waste heat. Our pre-insulated pipework is also used on individual heat pump applications (e.g. remote to the building). For ground source projects, REHAU produce PE-Xa vertical probes, PE-Xa horizontal collectors and spiral PE-Xa pipe for energy piles. PE-Xa has much improved thermal properties over PE 100 so can be used for high temperature storage applications, has higher mechanical properties and hence, resistance to damage.
